Northern Thunder Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 Does anyone happen to know where Phantom will be REHEARSING on Friday July 13? According to their schedule they will be at Roseville High School, however there seems to be some ambiguity in that day's schedule. It says that after rehearsal they travel BACK to the housing site which suggests that they may be rehearsing at a location other than the high school. They rehearsed there last year, so I don't know why they wouldn't be there this year, but their schedule seems to suggest otherwise. I believe I saw that they will be practicing at the Metrodome. Spirit is definitely one of those bubble corps. Out 3 of the last 4, but in 4 of the last 7. I think they will be safely in this year... I don't think Colts will get in. Take in ab A's @ Twins Game of friday (go A's) and all day at TCF on Saturday (please god...no rain or storms 2010 still has me PO'd). DCI_MN Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 If anyone is interested: The defending Drum Corps Associates World Champion, Minnesota Brass, would like to invite to you to two upcoming open rehearsals in preparation for the largest drum corps event ever held in the Twin Cities area. MINNEAPOLIS, July 9, 2012 - On Wednesday, July 11 at Chanhassan High School from 6-10 p.m. and Friday July 13th at Mounds View High School from 6-10 p.m. Minnesota Brass drum and bugle corps will be opening full rehearsals for the public and media. Guests are free to visit any time, but the full ensemble will rehearse in the stadiums starting at 8:30 p.m. each evening. The corps is preparing for the upcoming DCI Minnesota competition, the largest drum corps event ever held in the Twin Cities, on Saturday, July 14 starting at 1:30.
