Cardman
I'm sorry, but I'm not playing by the "no corps more than once" rule because I wouldn't truly have an "ultimate top 12" for me, one that I would want to watch, anyway... 1. 2008 Phantom Regiment "Spartacus" 2. 1987 Santa Clara Vanguard "Russian Christmans Music" 3. 2004 Santa Clara Vanguard "Scheherazade" 4. 1995 Madison Scouts "A drumcorps fan's dream" 5. 1997 Madison Scouts "The pirates of lake Mendota" 6. 1999 Madison Scouts "Jesus Christ Superstar" 7. 1991 Madison Scouts "City of Angels" 8. 2010 Blue Stars "Houdini" 9. 2002 Crossmen "The signature series" 10. 1992 Velvet Knights "Magical Mystery Tour" 11. 2001 Madison Scouts "Power, pizazz and all that jazz" 12. 2003 Spirit from JSU "Time" I was as shocked as anyone to see the Scouts on there so many times, and I was amazed I didn't have Cavies, Cadets, or Blue Devils on there once, but these are my favorites of each placement from over the years.

Correct placement for 2001, but that was the title of the 1998 program I believe.
c.l.
Correct placement for 2001, but that was the title of the 1998 program I believe. Yeah, 2001 was Hot Jazz-Madison Style. I had to corpsreps it though b/c I didn't remember, just that the announcer was always cut off by "WAHHHHH" and baby throwin.' This is going to be hard following the rules. 1) Cadets 2000-We Are the Future 2) SCV 1998-Copland: The Modernist tie 3) PR 1993- Modern Imagination 3) BD 1995- Carpe Noctem 5) Madison 1997-Pirates of Lake Mendota 6) Carolina Crown 2007-Triple Crown 7) Bluecoats 2002-Urban Dances 8) Blue Stars 2010- Houdini (have a tough time choosing between 2009 or 10) 9) Crossmen 2002- The Signature Series 10) Velvet Knights 1992- Magical Mystery Tour Part 2...this list is starting to look a lot like Cardman's 11) Blue Knights 2010- Europa 12) Colts 1999- Voices 12 was tough for me. I wanted to include 2002 Seattle Cascades just to revive them in my memory bank, but in the end I just like Colts' music better.

CrownLeadSop
I think you guys may have misunderstood the point of the thread - your top pick for each placement in the top 12. Oh, I'm WAY too lazy for that. And there are too many conflicts I'd run into, haha.
TexasPRfan
wow, so tough to follow the rules here. So, first, here's my top 12 alltime fav shows - regardless of placement - but still sticking to one spot on the list per corps. 1. Phantom Regiment 2008 2. Santa Clara Vanguard 1989 3. Madison Scouts 1995 4. Star of Indiana 1991 5. Cadets 1989 6. Blue Devils 2000 7. Cavaliers 2000 8. Boston Crusaders 2000 9. Carolina Crown 2007 10. Blue Knights 2006 11. Velvet Knights 1992 12. Crossmen 1992 I consider the top 3 above to be the most electric experiences I have every enjoyed live, in the crowd on Saturday Night at Finals. All 3 are memories for a lifetime! Michael Boo
After Cadets 1984 (West Side Story), Blue Devils 1994 (My Spanish Heart), Cavaliers 2002 (Frameworks) and Phantom Regiment 2008 (Spartacus), my brain is so infused with joy spasms that I can't process much of anything else and just call the rest of my favorites a tie.
