I thought there were a couple of times where there a time when there was a tie for 12, at least in semis. I know in 2005 both PC and Mandarins tied in prelims and semis with the exact same score

I think that tie was with Cascades, not PC.

In 2005? It was Cascades, thank you. Mandarins show was "Loves me...Loves me not..." and Cascade's show was "Airborne Symphony". Both good shows, both crazy that they tied in both Quarter and Semi-Finals, out to three decimal places.

I think the rise of the Crossmen from 17th last year to 12th this year maybe be the DCI story of the year. To do it in dramatic fashion on the very last day was a "movie ending".

I was in the stands yesterday and the corps just sounded so exquisite, I cried many times. I knew they were putting in the performance of their lives. The hornline came in 11th. The GE scores were where they should have been. The other captions did what they had to do to stay close.

Blue Stars could come out playing Maleguena, City of Angels and Jesus Christ Superstar, and you would hate their repertoire.
