2013 Predictions

Crown's uniforms changed in 2007 from the 2003-2006 "Nexium tablet uniform" to the "windows" and they kept those through the 2009 season. 2010 they changed to the short sleeve with variable undershirt uniform

Interesting trend I've noticed with Crown.

2008 was the last year with the old 2004-2008 uniform. They placed 4th in 2008.

2009, they switched uniforms and placed 2nd.

2010 was the year after a uniform change. 4th.

2011 was the year before a uniform change. 4th, like 2008.

2012 was the year of a uniform change. 2nd.

2013, can we predict 4th?

Actually Crown has had the same uniform for the past 3 years with different accessories.

I predict I will now focus my energy on other awesome things:

1) NFL season coming up (GO PACK!!!)

2) My continued weight loss (25 more pounds to go to reach 185 pounds)

3) The awesome ski season ahead (will be buying the Epic Pass!)

7. Bluecoats They don't get worse, everyone just gets better)

8. Cavies (doing a two step insted of a dubstep to see if that works)

9. Blue Knights (steps it up a bit)

10. Crossmen (momemtum baby)

11. Spirit (slight toe stub)

12. Madison (but everyone will scream for them more than Crown and Surf)

Disclaimer: These are predictions with nothng to base them on at all just like the other predictions here that plug corps in places :judt because. I predict better predictions would be best suited for late winter when staff changes are done and camps are had and shows are selected. Have a good off season everyone.

Obviously my opinion is "slightly" biased, but I can't see Crown finishing 5th anytime soon. I don't want to sound like I'm knocking any other corps but I can't imagine 4 corps toping Crown next year after the type of season they just had. 4th? Maybe. But not 5th.

You guys talking about the Cavaliers really seem to have selective memories. They got a TON of heat over what they were doing musically, and over just how much those shows were visual-first. Had DCP been around then, the vitriol would have been just as thick towards them as it was towards BD.

Even after DCP made it's debut, people criticized Cavaliers musical design. I was here, and I remember.

Since I only got 2 out of 6 of my initial predictions correct for last year, I'm just going to make fewer predictions and preface them with the same comment.

General predictions that very well may change in a few months:

- SCV medaling

- SCV taking percussion

- Cavaliers in top 6

- Scouts in top 8
