Martin I. Zing
Too bad Blue Stars and Troopers are some of the best managed drum corps in DCI. Yes. But how many seasons can you continue operating with No Respect?
DrumManTx
Yes. But how many seasons can you continue operating with No Respect? The only person that doesn't have respect here is you. Blue Stars are my favorite corps and many others. Really? I'm sure their members and alumni LOVE reading a comment like this. Troopers are respected by many too... drumcorpsfever
Watch out for Bluecoats in 2013. A lot of great talent coming back and an excellent staff with some fresh blood with a year under their belt. Will have one of the best horn lines in the business and the drum line continues to excel. This corps is one of the finest organizations in the activity. BLOOO!!!!!!!!!
madalumni
Yes. But how many seasons can you continue operating with No Respect? Who's operating with no respect? Was there some type of incedent involving these Corps? I've seen nothing but class and respect from both organizations!
kaseyW
What I'd love to see: 1. Crown 2. Bluecoats 3. SCV
year1buick
Somebody will sound amazing for it to only be early spring. And I wouldn't be surprised if somebody else has a huge number of returning vets and auditionees.
Tony Flores
I'd like to know what the future holds for the Oregon Crusaders...on "ageout" night they didn't look like they had a lot. Will they stay in OC or make the jump?
Kamarag
I'd like to know what the future holds for the Oregon Crusaders...on "ageout" night they didn't look like they had a lot. Will they stay in OC or make the jump? Well, assuming that they decided to go this past week, it would be about three years before we'd see them competing in World Class. The process is lengthy and arduous. I don't think they are going to do it though, at least not yet. downtown
I think a few corps will listen to what the fans have been saying about entertainment and revisit some of the things that got them to where they are today. Be careful what you wish for. Based on what I just stated here is how I see 2013 DCI Finals: 1. Blue Devils 2. Carolina Crown 3. Santa Clara Vanguard 4. Phantom Regiment 5. Cadets of Allentown 6. Blue Coats 7. Cavaliers 8. Boston Crusaders 9. Madison Scouts 10.Blue Knights 11.Crossmen 12.Spirit of Atlanta
charlie1223
Corps tend to bob up and down in the placements at the top. So I say Cadets, Cavies, Bluecoats are coming up. And Phantom, Crown, and SCV are going down. BD is staying in top 3.
