When I was marching late 90's we sometimes went 6-7 weeks without a camp. Like first weekend of Jan., and then not until the last weekend of Feb.

While I do think it looks odd when looking for the month on there, I am sure they know what they're doing and this would not be the schedule if it wasn't going to work.

Congrats on that, seems like a pretty cool system to be more efficient. Still doesn't explain why there isn't a march camp though, thats a pretty important camp usually.

It may be because of Easter falling the end of March in 2013.

Between WGI/indoor drumlines,NCAA basketball tourney, and spring concerts getting guy's to camp in March is a tough thing .

Cavaliers aren't doing a March camp this year either, so Madison's not alone in this thinking.

yeah the spring concerts, basketball scheduling problems i could definitely see as problems possibly.

They've already been slotted in the 9-12 range for 2013, so whether they have a March camp is rather immaterial.

I don't see it that way at all, practice is practice every bit counts to get ahead.
