Unless things have changed over the last several years, the group running the Plymouth celebration usually didn't get contracts out until early October.

And if you're going to bring Freddy with you, it might be wise to hang a little sign around his neck pointing out that he's a CHICKEN and NOT a turkey. There may be some folks around who haven't yet obtained their Thanksgiving dinner. But I am looking forward to seeing little tiny silver buckles on his chicken feet....

For anybody who can't make to Plymouth this weekend. You can watch the parade on the web.

Heads-up for Hawthorne Caballeros Alumni fans. We will be doing the opening ceremonies at the reviewing stand this year. We will not be marching in the parade itself.

Here's the info......

America's Hometown Thanksgiving Parade

PACTV will be covering the America's Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration (AHTC) Parade on Saturday, November 17th. Live coverage can be viewed on PACTV’s Public Access Channel (Comcast Channel 13 and Verizon Channel 43) and streamed on their website, www.pactv.org.

Programming will begin at 10:00am with a pre-event studio talk show.

LIVE coverage will continue with the opening ceremonies at 10:30am and the parade at approximately 11:30am.

Replays will be shown starting on Thanksgiving and more details will be available on PACTV’s website, www.pactv.org.

Does any one know what happened with Blessed Sac?

They were listed in the original line up, but I do not see them in the show performance times listing.

I hope they are still around........
