tradition Posted October 9, 2012 Share Posted October 9, 2012 (edited) It is with regret that I announce that Spectrum Winterguard will be inactive for the 2013 season. Loss of our bingo game, loss of the bulk of our staff and extremely low numbers at our first audition have prompted us to make this decision.
