Colts: A solid course that is rarely given the number of stars it deserves. Troopers: Beef jerky and other food that travels well in a saddle bag. Oregon Crusaders: Veggies of every color arranged artistically on a plate; healthy yet tasty. Jersey Surf: Pizza and Coke, with a Pop Rocks appetizer. Blue Devils B: A firm aged Cheddar with a hint of horseradish and cayenne pepper. Vanguard Cadets: Smooth chocolate bite-sized bar that melts in the mouth. Mandarins: Eggrolls and apple pie. Spartans: Buffalo Wings. Cascades: Something far more spunkier than its size would lead you to expect.
