jonnyboy Posted February 13, 2013 Share Posted February 13, 2013 So on a whim I checked out CorpsData.net Apparently I set up a profile years ago, so I had to get a new password to log in, then I updated some things. The site claims you can manage many aspects of your coprs (dues payments, alumni, staff....all kinds of things). The site also has many member corps, all paying a monthly fee. Individual membership is free. So my question is who is using the site to it's full advantage? Is CorpsData a one stop shop for data needs? I feel like I'm pretty plugged into what is happening in the drum corps world but I just don't hear much about CorpsData. Heck, my alma matter is listed on their site but I constantly get requests for my current address, section and years marched via facebook and face to face meetings.....and it is all on CorpsData already. limegut Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Corps data works well for the members. It makes it easy to get parts, scores, and drill. I have heard that it is a bit clunky for the management side, though. It's probably preferable to have a corps website that distributes parts, scores, and drill to the members rather than corpsdata, but corpsdata is easier to set up.
