DarkHorner
Looks like GE music was the deciding factor. These sheets are crazy close. Also, congrats to Crown on their first WC championship and on a perfect score in brass.
Tez
My yearly stats rundown after finals. Congrats to Carolina Crown for becoming just the 9th champion in DCI history.... and only the 6th in the past 22 years. Blue Devils finished with Silver for the 9th time (most all time) and got their 31st overall medal (also most all time). The Cadets got the bronze for the 6th time and got their 22nd overall medal.... which actually broke a tie with SCV for 2nd all time (appropriate considering this battle for third). for Captions: Blue Devils won guard for a record 6th time in a row (no other caption has ever had this long of a streak)... now 18 guard trophies in all (most all time). Crown won brass for the 3rd year in a row and 4th time overall, surprisingly placing them in a tie with Madison and Star of Indiana for 3rd most brass trophies (that's how much of a stranglehold BD has had on brass over the years). The Cadets won their 7th percussion trophy and first since 2005.

Tez
I believe this is also a first for the brass award, but I'm not positive. Actually 3 brass trophies in a row has been fairly common. Madison won 1973-1975 BD won 1979-1982 (4 in a row) Cadets won 1983-1985 BD won 1984-1986 (yes, two of these were ties with Cadets) Star won 1990-1993 (4 in a row) BD won 1993-1995 (more ties) BD won 1997-1999 and finally Crown 2011-2013 That's actually pretty amazing there has been that many 3-peats.
