MikeN
All this talk about music Regiment should perform is pretty funny. They can't play anything else until they satisfy my request, made annually, for Janacek's "Sinfonietta". Given that this is an annual request, you can certainly see how much they listen to me! Or mine for Alexander Nevsky... Mike
ajlemm
Or mine for doing the exact same Harmonic Journey show they did in 2003...
Pes49
I know nothing when it comes to brass arrangement for drum corps, and thats probably a good thing, but I'd love to hear more Adams, Glass, and maybe even some Bartok from them. I like: Tromba Lontona - John Adams Short Ride in a Fast Machine - John Adams (done multiple times by some Corps already :P ) Boulevard Night From City Noir - John Adams (crazy, dark, Phantom?, might not translate well though) Harmonielle Part II - John Adams (might not translate well either, unless JD arranges it.. ) Doctor Atomic - John Adams (cause why not) The Light - Philip Glass (typical glass) Intensive Time from Koyaanisqatsi - Philip Glass String Quartet No. 4 - Béla Bartók String Quartet No. 5 - Béla Bartók Scythian Suite Mvt III - Prokofiev Scythian Suite Mvt IV - Prokofiev and why not some Steve Reich too, lets make it a party.. the John Adams piece you point out is wonderful, but I bet you'd ever hear PR doing it. Such a shame.

"These music selections are like something Phantom would put on the field."
