hostrauser
PR will not be second at finals. To score the GE needed to medal, they'll have to kill everyone on the field, and in the stands, and in the bathroom line, and in the lot, etc. We've ALL been to shows where by the end of the night we kind of wished that had happened. BRASSO
If a corps marches in the forest, and there are no fans or judges to observe them...can the corps even be assessed a GE score? Sure. But it naturally would depend upon how effective the airborne drops went in positioning the props.

drumcorpsfever
Which shows are the best? Look at which shows/corps are generating the most discussion. I've developed my own proprietary algorithm. Let's rank the top 10 as of July 1: 1. Cadets (94 pages) 2. PR (68 pages) 3. Crown (63 pages) 4. BD (61 pages) 5. Bluecoats (44 pages) 6. BAC (33 pages) 7. Xmen (20 pages) 8. Cavvies (14 pages) 9. SCV (11 pages) 10. Troopers (6 pages) It is now foretold, folks, that THIS will be the order at finals. What's even more complelling is the rankings of the most pages since the day the Bluecoats hit the field in Akron on Saturday, June 21. Since that date, Bloo has generated the most discussion on DCP. They've helped prove that DCP can have positive discussion when fans are treated to a show that generates excitement! Check this out: (most pages since 6/21/14) 1. Bluecoats (27 pages) 2. BAC (15 pages) 3. Cadets (14 pages) 4. Phantom Regiment (9 pages) 5. SCV (8 pages) 6. Blue Devils (5 pages) 7. (tie) Crown (3 pages) 7. (tie) Cavies (3 pages) Edited July 2, 2014 by drumcorpsfever
drumcorpsfever
I'm surprised Bluecoats don't have the most pages. Aren't they the darlings this season? Bluecoats have the most pages since the start of the season by a wide margin - not even close. That's a good thing because it means their show on the field has generated the discussion.
