caliswift
So glad I wasn't bothered by having use a third finger when I marched.

jwillis35
Is it me, or does Pete Weber utilize close quarters drill moves more than the average drum corps drill? Yes, I think so too. His style reminds me a little of the late, great, George Zingali, but it's quite unique as well. Flows wonderfully. SCV's drill is every bit as good as Cadets, Crown, BD or anyone else. Maybe better. Still not sure what I think of SCV's total show. Part of me thinks that if it cleaned it could and will contend for a DCI title. Other parts of me think it's too much to clean and that the overall GE is not there. Overall I really like the show!

actucker
I meant the 2004 pit performance was the best ever. Oh, well yeah, also fantastic. Still, hard to pin down best ever.

N.E. Brigand
AND Sussudio! Heh. In 1986, it felt like that song was played by about one in three marching bands. It was inescapable.
caliswift
I agree. Valve casing never did fit right in my hands when we got our 3-valve baris. I could barely work two. A third would have made me confused.
