How do I post pictures in a forum thread?

I take my Stupid Pills every morning and they work beautifully.

I went to DeKalb TOC and took about a half dozen pictures of every corps. I figure people would like to see them but everything I try doesn't work.

Oh, I have a Mac if that makes a difference.
