Ford also made the "Skyliner" in the 50's ... it was a hardtop convertible ...

... and Lord knows we've all taken a Cab at one time or another ...

Aj how'd you miss that one ,Good thing Garys here other wise it might have drove by ,a neighbor of mine has one sitting in the carport across from my apartment .1956 model Where's Dan i'm sure the CorpVet s would fall into this .LOL

Northern Thunder sure knows his car models I would think he just about covered them all /LOL

Can you list who made them

Cavalier ---Chevy

Lancer ----Dodge

Imperial --Lincoln

Continental --Lincoln

Belvedere----Plymouth

Mitsubishi(sp?) is making the Lancer now....

Rebel and Matador both by American Motors aka AMC. And the high end Ambassador in the 60s was known as the Diplomat (take your choice Les Dips or Johnsonburg).

And before the AMC name was used it was Rambler (OLC Ramblers anyone?).

And think I saw some lesser known corps called Hornets.... that was Hudsons early 50ish overturned bathtub model (that's what it was built like). Looked like a tub but was used in NASCAR during the time.

s/ guy whose family had a Hudson/Rambler/AMC dealership inthe 50s-late 60s....
