Crown trumpet echo feature

Flying Bluecoats member

Crazy Boston guard (up close: freaky the first time I saw them!), plus what that show possibly meant

Marimbas on the field

And most of all, my first year as a DCI parent, all the emotions connected to that, and the incredibly awesome summer my child is still talking about

What will I remember 10 years from now?

Academy - The big British flag hit at the end. Very cool.

Colts - The Scarecrow skipping away into the sunset at the end.

Cavaliers - The vampires setting up, then waking from their graves at the beginning.

Crown - "Major Tom" - blastoff!

Bluecoats - The tilt platforms and the member flying off at the end.

Bluecoats = Orange is the new bloo. Pitch bend. Hymn.

BD = La Strada and the broken clown being embraced. The score.

SCV = That drumline. That trombone hit.

Crown = The runaway snare caught by a judge on finals night.

BAC = The message of the show. Those masks. The baby powder antics at semis and finals plus night flags.

BK = The emotional impact of the show.

The rest will probably fade over time. I'll might remember the Cadets use of a huge stage and writing most of the drill behind the front hash, but only as something I didn't really care for.
