If you're going to let 11th go on, it should be at the beginning Maybe DCA will go back to DCA 2006 rules where corps with 4 scored in August and scores every month of the season will get to perform at finals sort of how they did with voting members back then ? WGI probably just as long. Top Secret Drum Corps of Switzerland even longer. Have high school bands and WGI been using flaming snare sticks?
