So yeah, maybe not. lol. Or how about "The Elements" by Tom Lehrer?
DrumManTx
As promised, some stuff I heard at WGI over the last three days. Lots of very emotional, ominous, dark music in there. Could make for some amazing ballads. Also just an awesome show (just started watching it). Courtesy of Dartmouth High School in Scholastic A. CGT Dallas used this in Independent World, was by far my favorite show of the weekend. They had some really cool percussion/piano stuff layered in there that SCREAMED Bluecoats! Juxtaposition used this in Independent World, which was also one of my favorites, very beautiful show. Would make a killer beautiful ballad. There are more but those came to my head right away. DrumManTx
Phantom Regiment listed this in 2014 but didn't do much of anything with it, unfortunately. But the whole ballet by itself would make just an absolutely killer...killer...killer dark and absolutely sinister and evil show. Also listed for 1999 Pacific Crest, which I have not seen/heard. IllianaLancerContra
Sousa - all in public domain so no copyright / license issues. Plus, it has a melody & you can march to it. DCI needs more Sousa.

Cadevilina Crown
Heard this piece live yesterday. From 10:08 to the end would be a fantastic closer for any corps. Edited December 18, 2017 by Cadevilina Crown

YES PLEASE! Talk about some freakin intense music, would love to hear someone do that for sure.
