How about:  Ladies and gentlemen, performing their 2021 show, Some Far Away Place, DCI is proud to present ... the Colts!

If that eva happened, I would probably not recognize the music.

"Stockholm Syndrome"

Plot - Heavy metal fan who hates Abba has to go to Stockholm for an extended period.  Of course, in Stockholm the only music played is Abba.  After a tortured dream sequence (Abba in a minor key), he (or she) awakes and embraces his (her) love for all things Abba.

As someone who has been around this forum for a long time, and also as someone that got bored during quarantine and re-read the first 100 pages of this thread last week, @Lance's dedication to this work is unwavering. And rightfully so.

I was at a Troopers camp in 2014 and asked Robert W. Smith about Brian Wilson's music.  I suggested that "Heroes and Villains" might make a fun encore for the Troopers, not unlike how the Blue Knights do "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You".  He cocked his head like a German Shepard, and looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my head and said he doubted anyone had the kind of money to get permission to perform a Brian Wilson song in today's environment.
