Pepe: No … a Drum Corps show Yogi: Oh … cause when a ballplayer makes “the BIGS” we call it “goin’ to the show” Pepe: But it’s a game … now Drum Corps … DAT’S a show Yogi: How so? Pepe: Well, when ders only two playin’, it’s a game … when ders more den dat, it’s a show! Yogi: Hmmm, in BB there’s only two teams Pepe: RIGHT! … Dat’s why it’s only a game and not a competition … Yogi: So … goin’ to a DC show is better than goin’ to a ballgame? Pepe: I dunno … most of the time a BB game lasts a lot longer than a DC show … Yogi: So … a BB game gives ya more bang for the buck? Pepe: I don’t think so … drum corps are louder … and the crowd stays silent to appreciate the show Yogi: Hmmm … BB teams are quiet but the crowd goes nuts and shouts and screams and cheers wildly Pepe: Well … der ya go … how on earth could dat be fun? Yogi: I don’t follow Pepe: Listen … the BB players are quiet cause the fans yell at ‘em and make dem feel stupid … now, DC players are fine-tuned musicians that make their fans "think" … dey don’t have time ta cheer cause dey might miss a nuance Yogi: Yeah … when I played with the Yankees Pepitone was a nuisance … him and his long hair and stuff Pepe: Yeah … Manny was my Pepitone in Sky Yogi: Wanna get a beer?
