I recall she wore a blue summer's dress, and was featured as a soloist by that Corps throughout much of the show.That would be the Oregon Crusaders. The female vocalist in Troopers, is a talented dancer, guard performer, but unfortunately she sings a bit out of tune, imo. Thus, like a brass player, if your playing is out of tune, its really not as effective as one would like it to be.
