Cadets just .3 off of Carolina, and only .55 back of BD. And crown would also need to add the chorus to Dias Irae. Just no. You're missing the point. Bloo's ballad is not about singing, it's about layering harmonies and metrically phasing entrances of a melody. Verdi's Dies Irae is not about singing, it's about communicating fire and brimstone. Beethoven's Ode to Joy is such a simple melody that it is diminished without the full effect of the orchestra AND the choir BOTH in jubilant exultation. Not all arrangements from source material that includes singing needs to have singing, but Beethoven's Ninth does, in order to have the full effect. Keep pushing, Crown! Hope it's the second founders trophy for you this year.
