xandandl
This article on DCP news feed seems to be inaccurate as Cadets are in the Kentucky show on the 16th per DCI schedule page still as of this posting. Mods & Kevin Gamin, please be aware. However, nice band program at Eden Prairie with two Cadets stemming from there., one a 3 year vet. http://www.swnewsmedia.com/eden_prairie_news/news/education/eden-prairie-represented-at-dci-show/article_ddd93744-9b0f-5180-9388-1a94b039b55c.html Edited May 19, 2016 by xandandl
BillH
He's the only trumpet in HS. I think there might be 1-2 others across the brass line, but not sure. He also has to miss some days in early June to come back and take his final exams. The school won't/can't give them earlier than June 9. It's not going to be easy on him, but he knew that going in. He doesn't want "easy"! 2 Mellos in HS

Here's the revision the editor forwarded immediately after researching the links. Bloo and these two should be happier; their MN fans, not so much...until 2017. DCP mods and Kevin Gamin might adjust with the new revision. I've already let editpr know about the repeat of "alumni"; I started BITD as a judge who gave tics. http://www.swnewsmedia.com/eden_prairie_news/news/education/eden-prairie-represented-at-dci-show/article_ddd93744-9b0f-5180-9388-1a94b039b55c.html Edited May 19, 2016 by xandandl

Etc. This is huge news. Imagine any corps handing out dot books to members, and getting the drill-learning process started, at an early camp rehearsal!!! And having veterans helping out rookies!!! Imagine a corps... any corps.... being that busy!!!! This is so far ahead of the curve.... well... this corps just might end up being one of the top units in DCI this year!!! Sorry... just indulging my cynical side a bit today.
