flammaster
I like what Jeff did for SCV. I wish him the best of luck and also good luck to Mr. Frost. SCV is very dear to my heart.

Eleran
Maybe he decided it costs to much money to live in California. Maybe he just watched San Andreas a few too many times, and wants to get out while he still can.
nero14
i wonder if there are any educational non-profits in the Chicago area.... that also happen to be drum corps... thinking thinking... (in other words I bet someone with the Cavies coughed up the $$ to get him back, right??)
Slingerland
i wonder if there are any educational non-profits in the Chicago area.... that also happen to be drum corps... thinking thinking... (in other words I bet someone with the Cavies coughed up the $$ to get him back, right??) Since last summer they've already installed a brand new executive team, new Board leadership, and a new programming staff. Not likely, in other words. Jeffe77
Being from Cali and a longtime follower of SCV. He has done a lot for SCV in making them competitively consistent, building a top tier staff like Rennick, Shaw, etc. Stabilizing the organization from top to bottom. He has build a foundation for the long run that is now built to bring home a Championship. Sometimes you can't measure success in titles, perhaps his legacy for SCV will be that he set them up for success in the long term. This is based on what I have observed from the outside and talking to some peeps from SCV. Time will tell and I'm very optimistic that it will be the case. But hey, who knows maybe something went sideways and my aforementioned statement can be thrown out the window.

3rd&10
I heard that without recaps Jeff decided it wasn't worth being involved in the activity.
