Good point, makes perfect sense. But those doing more than a ten minute show should be given an even shot and not have their scores suppressed artificially. Clutchtow Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 The truly full panel has the following differences: Doubled up GE panel, 2 on GE 1 and 2 on GE 2 for a total of 4. Field Percussion AND ensemble percussion instead of just ensemble. I vote we use the terms expanded panel, full panel, and half panels. If transportation is the reason; it might be time to consider chartering, like the majority of the activity does, nowadays.
