Staff merri-go-round

Recommended Posts

Nah. The last time they were 6th (1991) they did some retooling and had a little success within two years. And by "a little success", I mean they won the whole thing.

GH was a lot younger in 1991 however... not even 40 back then, I believe.

they are not fake. not a single one.

Right. As someone who lives in the area and knows many of the folks that have been through that revolving door, the Glassdoor reviews are absolutely accurate, and in most cases tempered and understated.

Golly. If this all comes to pass, it's huge. It would be time for the board to start to chime in.

I wonder if the "staff merry-go-round" thread should be separated into two threads:

"Cadets/YEA staff merry-go-round" and "Rest of the marching music world staff merry-go-round."

The Cadets one would probably be 100 pages longer.

I would generally agree, but knowing some folks who've worked there unfortunately lends some credence to the reviews for me at least.

Exactly.

I will add this

IF Cadets lose both Gino and Colin I would expect more of a shakeup up to and including the director.

That would not sit well

Oh

More is coming

And we're 2nd in 92

The list of people burned on their way out the YEA revolving door is huge.
