The Boston Crusaders and Inspire Arts & Music are happy to welcome back Anthony J Smith!

Tony will continue working with Executive Director, Chris Holland as a design and programming advisor/consultant. Tony has a drum corps career spanning over 50 years. He has made a major impact on the activity as a percussionist, visual designer and throughout his work in administration and management. A member of the Crusader and World Drum Corps Halls of Fame, Tony is currently the visual caption chairman for Drum Corps Associates (DCA) where he helped pioneer a new judging system that takes in effect the entertainment values of the field programs. He has been a long time consultant for the Concord Blue Devils from 1979 through 1982, and currently since 2006. "It is great for me to have Tony's guidance on design and programming for the Crusaders and our locally based Inspire performing programs." - Chris Holland, Exec. Dir.

Darryl is a very capable drill writer. The expanded visual team with actual show coordinators (not GH) should IMO put forth a more cohesive design. I'd like to see more drill with some staging. We are the Cadets, let's look and move like Cadets. Edited by Tobias
