Trumpet soloist wailing away as the rest of the corps parks for the main statement of the piece.

Freedom Trilogy by Paul Halley. This is the first Paul Halley I've heard on the field NOT named Appalachian Spring.

Trumpet soloist quotes Amazing Grace. Tempo now picks up and the entire trumpet section is featured on the melody.

Percussion feature. Tenors are tuned REALLY low, which I like a lot.

Horns backfield reprising Amazing Grace, then turn front on the second half of the melody.

That's the first performance in Open Class to get the crowd on their feet.

Tasteful bass solo on soft mallets to open the show. Horns playing backfield.

Big sound from the horns when they turn front, though!
