No longer innovative. Became a follower instead of a leader with respect to show design and programming. The entire production reeks of desperation. Hated it.

Yeah so many corps with three costume sets and an 8 person choir

So many corps not stupid enough to rehash what was already done brilliantly the first time 34 years ago. It's desperation, recklessness of despair

Those "poor choices" brought them back into the Top 5 again last year for the first time in five years and have now put them within a point of Crown on opening night sooooo :thumbs-up:

Personally, Propaganda was one of my favorites last year.

This says more about the judges than the quality of the program in my opinion.

I mean, that's fine.  I completely disagree, but that's fine.

My point was that, from a competitive standpoint, the choices clearly aren't "poor" based on results.

I wonder how many people realize that "hitting 9000 on the cheese scale" is entirely the point of the production.

Scary goal. It gets old very fast. Maybe by mid July.

Judges seem OK with it.

I'm sure the Cavies design staff isn't losing any sleep.

I get where you are coming from. We agree to disagree!

I'm just saying what's amusing in June isn't always in August.
