Like 2011, when two Minnesota corps were the champs. Anything's possible, it seems.

Honestly, if someone had come to me in, say, 1990 or so, and told me two Minnesota corps would someday be DCA champions... I would have advised that person to quit drinking and sign themselves into a clinic.  :tongue:

I suppose you meant in the same year, but let's not forget the first Minnesota champion!

Yep... both in the same year.

Of course.. Chops Inc. in 2005, their first trip to DCA!!! Folks in the stands had the cigarette lighters out for "Freebird"!!!!  LOL

I know I most certainly am not. As long as those cats have been knocking on the door, it was when and not if they'd kick it down as persistent,  hard working, intense, and professional as they've been.
