I'm sure God wouldn't sweat a little joke here and there... I guess you were actually asking a serious question.

The judges get together for training and such each season.  This gives them the opportunity to make sure they're all on the same page, and all of that. I'm sure there are guidelines set out to ensure consistent judging and interpretation of the criteria for each box, and that criteria may even change depending on what point in the season it is...

It seems that this information gets communicated as well.
