If BAC is hanging within 2 points of Crown, guess what?       BAC is ON THE TAIL of Cavies.   Look out.   BAC can climb to as high as 5 before all is said and done.  Congrats to Crusaders and Crown - looks like both corps on on the move!

Or maybe Cavaliers are catching up too.  Has been about a week since they've seen Carolina Crown too.

Last year in a similar show ( July 16th ) the Boston Crusaders finished 11.4 points behind Carolina Crown.

Tonite ( July 14th ) Boston finished a tad under 2 points to Carolina Crown. Boston's emergence this season is no longer hype. Its real.

For sure!  BAC, for the most part, has been a 2nd tier finalist corps - scrappy, and a notch or 2 behind the leaders.   Not this year. I've seen them a couple of times and they are for real.  There's a swagger, a confidence in their show we haven't seen before.   They look great, sound great, and can see the pieces are coming together.   This will bode well for them.  Not only for this season, but the momentum to propel forward.  We have  seen this type of movement before in the likes of Bloo and Crown.

Could one of the oldest corps in the circuit become the new kids on the block?

Again, without any other top tier corps there, the numbers are going to be wonky.

The comparison of the performances was between Crown and Boston.  Doesn't matter who else was or wasn't there.  I see so often here,  posters claiming the spreads are what gauges how corps do between each other, so you can't now claim " no top tier corps are there".  Is Crown a top tier corps or not?  Maybe you should start considering Boston a top tier corps!
