They're alive in spite of the insanity, the kids and staff are focused, great leadership practices FINALLY put in place, and now with people that can stabilize the organization and help it grow and thrive in the future. I for one don't give a #### where they place. I know for sure I'll see them in Allentown in August, maybe earlier, and I'll stand and clap as the block takes the field, and I encourage all fans at every show to do the same thing. Those kids need to know they are loved, the corps is loved, and one person doesn't define what the corps has been since 1934. to me, that is all the hype needed. Anything else is bonus Yaaaaaaassssssssss!!!!!!!!
BRASSO
I fully expect the audiences to treat the 2018 Cadets marchers more than favorably this summer. The marchers have already been put through a lot with staff/ theme/ music/ tour schedule shake ups. None of this were they in the least responsible for either. Kudos to these 2018 Cadets marchers that did not abandon their Corps in a time of most need. They have not played a single note, nor beat a drum, nor tossed a rifle yet in competition... but they might already be close to my favorite Cadets Corps of all time. 4

BigW
I think the show's going to be very watchable/accessible and enjoyable, and very, very well performed. We'll have to see how it stacks up against what everyone else brings out of the buses. One of Scott's maxims at U-CF has been to make sure people want to watch and enjoy what's presented. That'll carry over. No doubt.

Really tight band that does very accessible/fun shows. Not afraid to do some things differently when the talent's there to showcase.
