02-03...i mean 02 was at the time a fluke. 09, well i think the whole organization wishes to forget that one

Phantom was not 2nd in 1975. SCV was. Phantom was 10th, then 4th in 76. Oh yeah they were 14th in 1973

but again...no worst to first

I watched the Chiefs Seahawks pre-season football game and these observations came to mind: 1) a facemask grab by a Seahawk was missed by the ref but the retaliation by the Chief was penalized (judges do miss things); 2) during a challenge there had to be a determination based on the video if the bobbled ball on a Chief's catch was enough to overturn the call in the field; it was determined that while the ball did move it was considered as still under control (judges call on video replay is still subjective). 3) there has been a rule change on penality of celebration; it will be assessed if it is determined that the offense collectively celebrated or if anyone taunts (complete subjective). And there were many more things which could have been cited. This is all related to DCI in that in all competitive activity there are elements that are both missed and subjective to the play on the field; and for me, I relish the human factor in both the performance and adjudication.

yeah i said that a few pages ago
