Maybe if the author had posted this on DCP, where humor is part of the culture, I would feel differently.  Or if FloMarching was already in the habit of injecting comic relief into their content, and thus had spread the ribbing around equally.  But this one lone attack, six weeks after the season ended?

i posted on their facebook page while i laughed, that it wasn't good business sense to poke angry bears that paid them for spotty service.

I did not create the list; it is the exact criteria for the eight DCP users who are designated to be on the panel by FLO; criteria from an article which 'you' posted when 'you' started this thread!  If 'you' did not want to be on the panel 'you' should not have started the thread in the first place; that is on 'you' not me.

Have you read Jeff's latest postings in this thread.  He seems to think that we few hacks, again very few, here on DCP certainly are important enough to really effect the bottom line of Flo.  While that is likely the funniest posting to date, Flo has already designated him to be on the panel (their criteria not mine), so he cannot be the Lone Wolf.

 I will trade pay for services rendered as a DCI volunteer judge, in exchange for FloMarching  providing me a rewind, pause, fast forward feature on my subscription service payment to them.

 Is this asking for the Moon ?

i can still decline. if they cant provide me excellent service, i dont have to partake int heir funnies. And quite honestly the rating system on the site is a joke. Lord know I should be in the negatives

any company that that mocks paying customers is not a smart move Stu...simple business. because those people will get mad, and spread the word, and then more business can be lost.

 

Lord know, I work for a company getting raked across the coals daily. I know the job I do, and how well I do it, and my customer loyalty marks are great. But I still get an earful from people because "you work for them!" And I've had potential business walk because of the issues that have been publicized, despite the fact I'm not responsible for a single one of them.
