no as long as conversation stays controlled it'll stay open. It's legit news in a legit paper. it's a topic hinted at on here for a while, as it's a story that amazingly stayed quiet for months, but it's out now. We just have to act like adults.

Well, they have a camp this weekend.  Let's see how the organization handles that.

Not just the "organization".  What will be the reaction among contracted members and their parents?

Board of Directors

Michael Kehoss, Minneapolis, MN | Chairman
Tim Smith, Pittsburgh, PA | Treasurer
Brian Setzer, Nashville, TN | Secretary
Dirk Bernold, Rochester, NY
Ronald IngberDix Hills, NY
Gary Stromberg, Chatham, NJ

Dr. Edward DiCarlo, New York, NY
Roger Floreska, Baldwin, NY
Howard Hoffman, Kendall Park, NJ
Donald Staffin, Bridgewater, NJ

Yet another board of directors who could find absolutely no evidence.  But the newspaper could.  This is such a pattern.  Sad.  Talk about enablers.  Cadets is more than one person and will survive and thrive......assuming the correct actions are taken SOON to remove the director.

In other words, there's virtually no chance George Hopkins is innocent here. He needs to resign. Failing that, the YEA board needs to terminate him. Failing THAT, DCI needs to remove him or The Cadets entirely from DCI events until a change is made.

I can't imagine that it would come to that, but the idea of removing The Cadets entirely from DCI events is ridiculous and would mostly just hurt the current members.

Seems like The Cadets needs a new director and a new board.
