Always look at the gaps between “content” and “achievement” as an indicator of how dirty a show is. The larger the gap the more room there is to improve. Big gaps in June indicate a show with lots of potential.

I love everything but being eaten alive by mosquitoes. They feast on me like Mr. Creasote in the buffet line at the Bellagio.
Tim K
Looking at the scores, Cavies and BAC both had healthy increases. My guess would be BAC will break 70 tomorrow. Blue Stars likewise improved. For Colts, they should be pretty happy. Madison may find Colts too close for comfort. I’m assuming both Colts and Madison are pretty close in quality to Mandarins and Academy. I would wonder if Pioneer deserved to score so low, but that is often the case with Pioneer. 2

Forever etched in my memory a 73 road trip to finals with my since deceased best friend in a Chevy Nova that consumed more oil than gas. They were great drum corps days!

I saw them rehearse a few days ago and I thought they sounded better than last year at this time. Same for the guard...better than last year. First show jitters?
