Where does this go from here?  How many other corps fans will demand administrative suicide from their corps for losing to the (even ickier face) MANDARINS, or (holding breath till purple face) BOSTON CRUSADERS?

Heck... way back in the day, my local junior corps was losing to the Boston Crusaders long before losing to the Boston Crusaders was cool!!!

Yikes. The Colts are the litmus test for suckage? Do some of you even hear yourselves? Crapping all over The Colts and Scouts because the Scouts are two points behind them?

If marching members need to be told to avoid these forums because some of you can’t control your verbal diarrhea, maybe it’s time to re-evaluate your contributions.

Please, don't play dumb. You know full well what I mean. If it makes you feel better substitute The Academy. SOA, Mandarins, etc...

They were.  Pretty good brass, too.  I played French Horn in the corps.

That guardsmen corps had what probably is the largest snare drummer in the history of the activity, Rock.

You did? :worthy: My step brother James Dennis auditioned  for them during that time, he made 1st soprano then deiced to march for Bridgemen.  I loved Guardsmen late 70's early 80's.

Not to mention some of the largest drumlines, period. I recall 10 snares, 6 tenors, 6 bass, 5 tymp, a zillion cymbals and 4 mallets in 78 and/or 79.

Yeah, loved the foil flags. Oh wait that was North Star. Loved the little guard house.
