If Crown gets first, they can take the caption if they beat SCV by more than 0.1 pts, tie or 0.05 win still gives SCV the caption. Crown only took Prelims in 2015, but still led in the running for the Zingali after Semis (19.25 to BD's 19.2). BD's defeat of Crown in Guard by 0.2 at Finals gave them the Zingali. Every judge scores up, there are no ties which is pretty unbelievable. If they are going to use objective scores, then score objectively not comparatively. Its sad to see great groups getting 8.x when in reality they would score higher, if there weren't 10 more corps to play after them.
