Bring in an upper tier visual design staff and Will can hold his own. As long as whomever they bring in has the final say on the music and the arrangement, I'm good with this. IMO, there have been a few questionable music selections and arrangements in the past.

They desperately need a super experienced and successful show coordinator to oversee, direct and advise / council a senior level creative design team on staff selection and show concept, planning and execution, while keeping the essence of this corps alive and always front and center. Personally, I'd like to see the team behind 2011 to return. I don't think Rennick would ever be possible regardless of resources, but I keep feeling that Shaw could be possible for the right price given that he's an alum. Shaw, Jamey Thompson, KC Michel, etc. But it's unrealistic. I'll stay with likely unrealistic but not outlandish: I'd do whatever I reasonably could to get Michael Shapiro. Dude knows how to create effect. Let him hire whoever he wants across the board. While I'm at it, I'm hiring the Blue Stars administrative team as well to make him happy. Mike Hodin, Vice President of Entertainment Programming and Analytics at Caesars Entertainment, also a darn good arranger and he lives in Chicago. Michael Shapiro did some wonderful work with Blue Stars I think the “soul” of Regiment is their sound and story telling ability. If Michael can make that happen. I’m all for it.
