Jeffe77 1,348
So it appears Vanguard's "move in" Camp will be relocated this season, wonder if they go back to Weed, Ca again. Funny how they call it Band Camp <cringe> https://ktvl.com/news/local/vanguard-band-camp-canceled-this-year

BD was second last season, something they disdain. Get used to it! It was Michael Gaines that made SCV into the BD Nightmare. The lead horse has now got another viewpoint...and the scenery won’t change. to anybody just casually reading this thread, yes, this is a youth activity we're not all like this 1 1
TRacer 920
I like how every year the SCV thread drops like a rock, and that it’s 40 pages shorter than the Madison thread.

True. Madison Scouts have a large Alum base, fan base. ( The Corps afterall does go back to 1938), and with all the changes taking place there the last couple of seasons, its no surprise they have more views , pages than most of the Top 3 Corps.... as there is much for fans to talk about re. them. True, Mr. B., but there is much that SCV doesn't talk publicly about or allow to see the light of day, matters that dissembled some other corps recently and handicapped others. Interesting that there has been almost none public discussion, at least on these boards, of the movement out of several key faculty over the winter (great pick-ups for others) just as there was almost no public discussion of previous admins and why they were no longer there. It's not just the overage revelations which prove the SCV spin on difficult situations has a unique niche in the activity when it comes to public discussions on these forums and similar, just saying.
