Well, we were both concerned that they might be beaten by Blue Stars last night. The main thing is it really took us by surprise. Last year's show was not amazing, but it was fine, and neither of us expected a 'baby with the bath water" approach to the design this year. But this was conceived as a show to move them towards a more innovative path again. Within the past three weeks, they found themselves caught behind. It’s really unpolished now, but the show is complicated. I don’t anticipate them losing ground going forward. I liked their show last year. What exactly did I say that you disagree with?? Nothing. You expressed an honest, critical and unbiased opinion. It seems there are a lot of people on DCP that cannot handle that. Especially if it's against a corps that love. I was like that for years and years and years. Now, Vanguard will always be my #1, and I'll always love the Cadets, Madison and Regiment, but I am more a fan of the entire activity. So, if the Cadets deserve 10th and they place 10th, then I'm ok with it. It is definitely tone deaf and insensitve, considering the whole Hopkins sexual abuse scandal, to have a woman being chased, with her clothes being ripped off, and then killed.
