I'd imagine they'll lay out a series of steps that Pioneer will have to take in order to bring themselves to the point where DCI feels confident that the problems of the last few years will be addressed and corrected. As of now, they're suspended from competing next year, so RB doesn't really have much of a choice here but to comply or fold. I would guess that Pioneer will be required, at a minimum, to address the specific shortcomings in the health/safety categories of the evaulation process. Given the apparent severity of the situation (use of Policy 321 is unprecedented), passing evaluation will probably take more than just pinky-swearing the problems will never happen again. That means either DCI evaluates the BOD structure and "recommends" changes in leadership, or DCI provides oversight during a probationary period like with Cadets.
