I was in no position to comment...sat on the -10 yard line on the hill since the little one came along. She liked the fireworks display very visible and audible during the end of White Sabers and start of Bucs.

Cadence was a nice surprise. A good week of rehearsal will help them a lot. Sky definitely came a long way since Peckville. Highland was good for what they offered. battery didnt move, drill not adventurous, but hey it's year 1. They are on the field.

Bucs solid as expected, C2 seemed really good from the side, WS had a really good run, Cabs looked improved as well and Bush really stood out to me as VERY improved since Peckville. Looking forward to seeing all next week from between the 40's.

and i forgot Fran did Cabs recorded intro...a nice treat to hear his voice again

Cadence had a 2 pt. penalty.

Anyone know why?

Recaps for Seymour show all captions (and all but one subcaption) lining up with overall placement, not surprisingly given the spreads between placements.

Recaps for Reading Class A reveal that Skyliners took Visual Ensemble, all Music performance captions and Music Effect, while Cadence took Guard and Visual Effect.

In Open Class, Buccaneers were first in all captions, but the other four corps split placements quite interestingly, most notably with Bushwackers, fifth overall, placing second in Visual Ensemble while White Sabers took second in Percussion.

This is the T-Birds fourth year competing since their return. In the previous three years, their highest regular season score was:

2015 -- 68.15

2016 -- 74.80

2017 -- 71.65
