Merkur
Hi – I was going through some old photographs from a place I used to work – the Bendix Corporation in Teterboro NJ. Among the photos was a picture of the Paterson NJ Lamplighters Junior Drum & Bugle Corps. It’s actually a Seasons Greetings card with a business card taped to it with the names of the Director and Business Manager. My wife (Mary Ann Macdonell) was in the CW Townsman in Carlstadt/Wood-Ridge during the 1960s and that is the only reason I was interested in this picture. I scanned and processed the image as well as I could and hope someone out there will be interested in it. The reason why this showed up in pictures from the Bendix Corporation is that the band’s Director, John Martilotto, worked at the Teterboro facility and I suspect that the monthly company newsletter ran a story about John’s leadership of the Lamplighters. https://photos.app.goo.gl/8vQkkDfRzbDYyqca9 Enjoy, Paul Edited August 22, 2018 by Merkur

MikeD
Gee, I did not know William Walton lived in Paterson! 🧐 Did the corps play his "Crown Imperial" march? 🤪
