Given that 2nd Sacramento show is the Mandarins "home" show with Mandarins running it and being the only WC corps there you'd have to find someone to organize it and without Mandarins being there attendence would drop. A casual fan like me is happy to watch OC corps but only as part of a show that has WC representation.
