I don't believe any laws changed. But BD may have gone to the trouble of securing video rights on their own.

 Christmas must've arrived early this year.  Just noticed this too. If Youtube ultimately takes it down though, it'll be the biggest tease.

Drum line during 1976 Legend of the One Eye Sailor concert. Start of body movement in corps? 

And there is my old uni as we bought BD unis in 76. Oops should have said see old uni in BD 1975

Bayonne also pioneered drum line body movement about the same time.
