Best thing is to form a mental picture, a basic structure, letters disguised as numbers so the apps name is disguised and the end is common to all. for instance dcpmypassword. alphabet # 4316 (dcp) common ending mypassword code letter a=4, s=5,o=0 full dcp password 4316myp455w0rd, I know I 'am insane but can always reconstruct a password.
