BigW
Columbus Saints, George. When I met some of them, they're good peeps. Wish they were closer.
OldSnareDrummer
May not be a popular opinion, but I always found the Muchachos to be a little overrated. Yes, unique and very distinguishable from other corps at that time and I'd agree, even played an exciting book. But with execution the name of the game then, they just didn't blow me away. Perhaps it's just the mystique of the 1975 controversy that provides them legend status.

tesmusic
I have never really looked for it, but are there recordings out there of the Muchachos from 1975?

Thier day after 1975 DCI show at Hershey is for sale by DCW and just found it via google. There is not a year listed but date and place appear when you start playing it. But picture quality is pretty bad. Edited January 25, 2019 by JimF-LowBari

I remember the video I saw was pretty grainy. But I don't remember where I found it. LOL. And like you said, there's also the audio of that performance. Without a doubt - the crowd was electric before they even started. And to an 11 year old at his first Championship weekend? 74 Finals was simply astounding!
